Sherri Green, Principal

As a real estate agent and broker, Sherri has completed over 600M in lease and sale transactions for industrial, office, retail and land properties She was appointed by the Board of Trustees of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as Government Relations Chair for Nevada (2005 - 2008). Sherri lobbied in Washington D.C. on behalf of ICSC for shopping center issues. She is past Chair of the Henderson NV Development Authority Membership Committee, Foundation Board Member of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, District Council Member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), Member Government Relations Committee of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). Sherri represents industrial, office, and retail companies seeking new locations as well as developers seeking to add properties to their portfolios. She is the former Vice President and Head of the Industrial Division of Henry S Miller/Gurbb & Ellis where her largest assignment was representation of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport for acquisitions on the port's West side during a 10B runway expansion plan.

Mark joined Paragon LLC in 2008 as Vice President of Development. Mark's responsibilities encompass attendance at city council meetings, applications for permits, applications for zoning changes, working with planning departments, and securing entitlements. He researches and identifies redevelopment and land development opportunities. Mark maintains excellent relationships with planning and zoning departments, commercial real estate developers, and the brokerage community. Mark is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
